Declaration : - 1. I hereby agree to a affirm to the rules, acts and laws enforced by the college and I hereby undertake that as long as I am a student of this college, I will not indulge myself in any unlawful activity either inside or outside of the college which may result in disciplinary action against me under the rules, acts and laws of the college. 2. During the academic semester, I shall maintain a minimum of 75% in Lectures and 80% attendance in Practical/Tutorials/Clinical/Demonstration and Dissection hall practical. So in no case my attendance will fall short as mentioned above even on medical grounds. Failing the attendance requirement, I shall not be permitted to appear in University Exam. I shall not lodge any complaint before any authority. 3. I shall keep my parents informed regarding my monthly attendance and academic performance. 4. If leave the course after admission in MBBS Programme and without completing the degree, I shall pay the entire fee for the remaining period of the course to the college. 5. I will pay tuition fees before commencement of every academic year i.e. by 31st july of every year. 6. I will be solely responsible for my performance in Semester Examination conducted by the college & Professional Examinations conducted by Dr. BRA University, Agra and if fail in these examinations. I will not lodge complaint before any authority. 7. If my performance in Semester & Pre-University Examination is below average, the college is liable to take any decision as per rules & regulations. 8. I fully understand that the Principal of the college will have the right to expel/rusticate me from the college for any infringement of the rules, conduct and discipline prescribed by the college. 9. I Certify that all certificates and documents submitted by me either original or true copies of the Original are authentic documents and I am liable for disciplinary/crimanl action in case of default. 10. I will not indulge in gender harassment of any kind.
